Not much to say, this is just the stroker case that fits inside the machine. They sent me two and what I ended up doing was loading sleeves into both so I could jerk off using different tightness/textures. I just swap the stroker in the middle of a session, and its easier to swap strokers than to swap sleeves, as it will get lube everywhere. I see the price is not that much, its worth it to have another around.
