We accept returns of defective or damaged products within 30 days of receipt. Due to the nature of adult products, we cannot accept returns of products you used but were unsatisfied with. Further, if you opened the OUTER SHIPPING CARTON of your order we cannot accept the items inside as returns. Our staff, due to health concerns, will not open any shipping cartons that appear to have been opened. That means that even if your Autoblow is still shrink-wrapped, you may not return it, if you opened the outer shipping carton. If you choose to return your unopened shipping box, you are responsible for the shipping cost to send it back to us, and the original shipping cost is non-refundable. Returns will incur a 5% re-stocking fee.In the case of a return, we will issue you an RMA number which must be clearly written on the outside of the package. Contact us using the ''contact us'' link on the bottom of this site to request an RMA number. The item being returned must include the original packing slip and all product packaging materials. Packages received without RMA numbers on them are automatically discarded and credit is not issued. All returns must be shipped within 7 days of when the RMA is issued or the return will be rejected.Our staff, for our mutual convenience, may require you to provide video evidence of a product you believe is broken and/or not working correctly, prior to issuing an RMA number for a return or issuing a refund without requiring a return.
