(This is for the cap that fits the Ultra cases, not Fleshlight) I have tried the cap with both the AI Ultra and just the sleeve and case. Experience was extremely enjoyable. Still dialing in the Vacuglide stroke though. Only minor issue I found was that the nipple valve would pop off during use due to the fit being a little looser than the normal VacuGlide Stroker Cap. Used a 3D printer pen to make the fit tighter and all is well now.
Pros: Adds kind of an extra dimension to the Ultra.
Cons: Loose fitting nipple valve
Conclusion: A definite buy recommendation
Great addition to the VacuGlide with some minor requests for improvement.
Pros: Fits Fleshlight with no issue, easy to clean and maintain, no issue at all with suction as expected.
Cons: The suction hole is not centered on the cap and tends to get plugged with the bottom of the sleeve. It would be great if there was some sort of spacer or guide to keep the hole aligned with the bottom of the sleeve. It would also be great to sell a sleeve with a firmer opening to prevent the sleeve from being sucked into the case. Maybe a firm washer attached to the front sleeve groove to keep it in place as seen in other all in one devices.
Conclusion: If you are looking to change it up from the standard Vacuglide sleeves this a big improvement.
As a tester I was asked to leave my thoughts here after using this cap on my Fleshlight. I've been a Vacuglide owner for about 5 months and thought it couldn't get any better but this new cap, connected with my Fleshlight STU, took my pleasure to levels I never thought possible. Some tips are to play with the adjustment for the screw, as I initially thought maximum suction was best, but it worked better for me at the middle level of suction. This is not plug and play, you do need bout 10 minutes to figure this out. But once you do, hold onto your pants.
Pros: squishy slimy feeling of real sex, but with suction so hard that my penis was flushed!
Cons: needs a bit of time to figure out, could have better videos or a manual

I got this from Brian via the Autoblow subreddit to try it out prior to it being available to the public. I own both the VacuGlide and an Ultra and enjoy them both for different reasons and use them both in different moods or situations. I've been a buyer of Autoblow since a few versions ago and they admittedly had a lot to improve on but feel they delivered big with the most recent launches of the Ultra + Vacuglide.
The cap no pun intended has blown my mind. I don't know why no one invented this 20 years ago for the Venus and if they had, it would have changed so much about this type of product. The cap takes everything great about the VacuGlide and just puts it into the Ultra or any other stroker (they also sent me the Fleshlight cap too). I have used this cap while my Ultra is in porn sync mode (great, but at high suction levels it can force it to stall - recommend a medium setting for the piston screw when used inside of the Ultra for the best usability) and I have used it alone as a standalone with the Ultra stroker and Fleshlight.
I have tried many types of toys especially since I had a surgery on another part of my body that affected my sensation down there and this just feel incredible and unlike anything else out there. Got the cap from Brian to use with my Vacuglide and Fleshlight and man oh man is it incredible. Cap just screws on to end of Fleshlight and then you hookup air hose and throw a nipple on the cap and it's good to go. Adjusting the stroke length on the Vacuglide with the key also helps a lot!
The suction feels amazing, and because it sucks and blows it moves the Fleshlight up and down on its own. I tried it with a couple different fleshlights and if it's very tight fitting it can get loud, lots of sucking noises lol. By far the best feeling sex toy I've tried.
Received the fleshlight cap and tried it a few times. All I have to say is that had I had this cap earlier, I never would have stopped using it. I don't want to admit how long ago I got my fleshlight, but it never really did it for me. Even though it would feel good using it, I would always end up using my hand at the end. I have to admit that I was skeptical at first but the cap for the VacuGlide/AI Ultra proved to be quite the nice add on for two already great products. My first session I used just the sleeve and found it a nice change from using the VacuGlide sleeve because of the added weight and texture but the real game changer was connecting it to the AI Ultra in porn sync mode. That blew my mind and my load. The up and down of the Ultra combined with the suction of the VacuGlide was a completely new experience that I will return to often.
