Make sure you lube up - it caused some discomfort as I attempted this stupidly without lube. I'm not into penis pumping but now I enjoy it with vacuglide as with other toys it made my penis sore. Less pressure seems to feel better.

I am a frequent Vacuglide user and thought this was an interesting accessory. You will be happy with this as long as you set your expectations correctly. The machine is not capable of huge levels of suction but it does provide a nice pleasant suction and then a release which left me engorged, but also stimulated. Not quite a full penis pump but also not quite not a penis pump, if that makes sense.

would be nice if there was a way to add more pressure

Conclusion:

Will use this feature regularly but still will keep my regular pump too.
