Feels amazing! More than 10 settings. There are about 20 when you go online. I did some research and found the best 10 for me and programmed them into the settings. The sleeve that comes with it is horrible. It didn't work for me. The Jenny sleeve is amazing! The problem is that the top part of the sleeve becomes disconnected from the body of the sleeve after 20 or so uses. After that the sleeve is unusable. So this is an expensive product because you have to buy sleeves so often. I'm currently in the market for a comparable sucker that isn't so costly.
